Homes our team has sold in Chilliwack Proper
We have listed seven properties in Chilliwack, and all have sold. Three were in Chilliwack Proper East, including a three-bedroom rancher at 46035 Riverside Drive and a three-bedroom townhouse at 46008 Riverside Drive. Another was a two-bedroom house on Kipp Avenue in Chilliwack Proper West.
Two of those, on Kipp Avenue and Riverside Drive, were sold with preliminary layout approval (PLA) already in place for redevelopment. That tells you something about how some Chilliwack buyers think: the land matters as much as the house.
Family houses on Vines Street, Westview Avenue and Viscount Place
Our team also sold five-bedroom, three-bathroom family homes at 8960 Vines Street and 45358 Westview Avenue. Both were newer builds with space on the lower floor that a family could use as it needed.
At 8488 Viscount Place we sold a five-bedroom house on a quiet cul-de-sac with views of Chilliwack Mountain from the back deck. If a view and a calm street top your list, tell us and we will search with that in mind.
